Our manufacturing plant is capable of producing in excess of 8,000 slabs per month. We specialize in manufacturing slabs (63” x 126”), prefab panels, and cut-to-size stone kits for large-scale residential and commercial developments (from 20 units to several hundred units per subdivision). Regardless of the type of production, we offer nothing short of the best craftsmanship.

The production process is comprised of various steps that require a high level of attention to detail. We select the finest Quartz Crystals to crush and blend into Quartz Sand. Together with pigments and polyester resins, we blend together a Quartz composite that is then vacuum-pressed, cured, machine calibrated, fabricated to slab size, and finally polished.
